Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to start a return Please email us at contactmaisonandmoss@gmail.com before sending anything back. Do not return items without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted. We will assess your request and provide instructions on next steps.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contactmaisonandmoss@gmail.com if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In these cases, we will cover return costs or arrange a refund or replacement without requiring a return, at our discretion.

After 14 days After the 14-day return window, we are only able to offer refunds or replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. Change-of-mind returns will not be accepted after this period.

Exceptions We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations are at the customer's expense.

Refunds Once your return is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
